Yep – this is what I look like when I leave the gym. Today was chest, shoulders, ab work, and 2 miles of intense sprints.
Let me be clear – if you want to see change in your body then you have to be willing to do things you’ve never done before. You have to put in that extra work to shake up your routine. If you don’t have a goal – set one now. Whether it’s to fit into a dress, shirt, pair of pants, or to compete in some sort of physical competition (triathlon, bodybuilding show), if you don’t have a goal you won’t put in the time or effort.
Sore? Guess what… I’ve been sore almost every day for 2 years. You cannot let that stop you from pushing forward. Pick another body part for the day and make sure to use a foam roller to help with muscle imbalances and knots.
Put in the work NOW so that you can wear what you want for the rest of your life.
