My Fitness PhilosophySo you want to know what kind of trainer I am? Let me tell you a story. I once picked up a client at a donut shop. I was the one stuffing my face with a donut. The soon-to-be client walked straight up to me and said "I want to eat donuts and still be fit - will you train me?" Donut in mouth we exchanged numbers and the rest is history.

So what kind of trainer am I? I'm the kind of trainer that will push you past your comfort zone, make you do dozens of burpees and squats, and fully encourage a balanced diet - donuts and all.
