How many new foods do you try every week?
For example? When was the last time that you tried a turnip? How about a tomatillo? Bison? Bok Choy?
There are SO many amazing foods to try and to cook with in our grocery aisles and at fresh markets that we need to grab for more of those unusual foods more often. The health benefits are endless for most of these items and it will help you get out of any cooking and eating slumps you may be in.
