Changing Your Fitness Routine + Chest and Back Workout

There’s no sleep for the restless… and I couldn’t WAIT to get back in the gym after this weekend. I hit legs yesterday, but today I got to meet back up with my trainer, Evan Shy of Shytown Fitness, for a awesome chest and bi workout.

If you’re thinking about making a dramatic change in your life with health and fitness and you don’t know where to start – my advice is to hire a professional. If you want to cut your hair or build a house, fill a cavity  – you’re likely not going to do those things yourself and this shouldn’t be an exception either. Your health is one of the only things that will stick with you until your last day!

I’ve known Evan for a few years now and he’s always been somewhat of a fitness “God” if you will  in my eyes- super in shape, always hitting the gym, and a wealth of information. It was only natural for me to seek him out when I was ready to step up my game.

Anyway, I’ve been meeting with Evan 3 times a week since January and every time he delivers a sweat drenching, muscle pounding workout. This guy has seen the best and worst from me in that time span and I wouldn’t be where I am today without his guidance.

Incline Bench
Flat Bench
Flys
Pushups (until exhaustion)

Biceps (4 sets of 12 super setting exercises):

Rotational Curls (A)
Hammer Curls (A)
Wall Curls (B)
Hammer Cable Curls (B)
