This original recipe of mine proved to be the perfect snack today to help curb my sweet tooth and it’s hubby approved (with two thumbs up). We were both essentially licking the glasses for more – there’s always tomorrow 🙂
Spiced Avocado Protein Shake
8-10 oz almond milk
2 drops of liquid stevia (optional)
1 scoop of vanilla protein
Dash or two of pumpkin spice
Dash or two of cinnamon
Give it a try! Great protein and fat content and the avocado provides the perfect creamy texture.
