My E-Recipe Book Release!

Healthy recipe cookbook It’s here! It’s here! My FIRST e-cookbook is finally available online! I can’t wait for you guys to try these recipes and absolutely love the food you are cooking. I’ve wanted to write a book for a LONG time now – but I had no idea my first would be about food. It’s funny, I only learned how to cook a few years ago and today I am whipping up muffins, pizza, and egg casseroles.

I really wanted to make this book for two reasons. 1 – I get a lot of questions about what I eat and requests to share my favorite recipes. I decided to package all of those “favorites” up into this e-book so you can have it at your fingertips. 2 – I cringe when I hear that people have a hard time hitting their fitness goals due to their diet. My e-book gives you awesome healthy substitutions of your favorite foods and you definitely will not feel hungry! The portion sizes are real portion sizes and I’ve included all the nutrition information for you so you actually know what’s going in your body. There is no reason you cannot eat pancakes and still be fit!

I have a huge appetite and I like GOOD tasting food. My husband always jokes that I eat more than him – he’s probably right! My relationship with food has dramatically changed over the last few years as I started to shift my nutrition goals from “standard” health foods to “healthy and tasty” foods.

  • Okay, here’s something rellay needed: A recipe book for people who raise gardens and do home canning or freezing.Recipes should use sizes such as pints or quarts rather than a can from the store that might be any size. And no ingredients should be listed as a box of this or package of that. Use only actual measured amounts.I’ll buy several if you do it right.ReplyCancel
