1. Barbell Squats 4×6-8 (heavy)
2. Weighted Glute Bridges 4×15
* Plea Squats 4×15
3. Romanian Deadlifts 4×12
*Bulgarian Split Squats 4×12-15
5. Lying Leg curls drop sets
4×6
4×10
4×20
6. Glute Kickbacks on Smith Machine 4×15
