I’m always astonished when I hear people tell me they don’t like chicken because it is either too plain or too dry. My brain instantly does a somersault and I have to rattle off the numerous ways I like to eat my chicken (picture Bubba in Forest Gump rattling off all the ways to cook up shrimp).
With that said, I want to share one of my FAVORITE ways to eat chicken…. drumsticks. While I more often than not opt for good ‘ol chicken breasts (leaner cut), drumsticks can fill a great void while still eating relatively healthy. Bonus – these drumsticks don’t require you to fire up the grill (why chance burning them). Instead, these are baked for a crispy deliciousness.
