You guys know that I am a Chicago girl and this Chicago girl’s heart is so happy since the Cubs won the world series. Our most dreaded phrase, “There’s always next year” has finally happened THIS year.

In honor of the Chicago Cubs breaking their 108 year world champion draught, I came up with a fun world series workout. It is 108 reps spread out over 11 exercises. You can totally do this at home (I did it in my basement) and no equipment is required. This workout is sneaky hard and you’ll definitely break a sweat.
