Forever Fit is the next step in your fitness lifestyle.
Forever Fit is a monthly membership fitness program perfect for those who want a structured fitness routine without having to work and pay for a personal trainer.
Each month, you’ll receive a new 4-day workout plan that you can do at the gym or at home (you’ll choose which program is best for you at checkout). All workouts are held on my personal app which includes movement videos, workout timers, and a progress portal (for both photos and measurements).
Workouts are designed to help create a lean and muscular body and will range in time from 20-45 minutes per session.
You’ll also have access to our members only group where you can connect with other Forever Fit enthusiasts to exchange workout tips and ideas, find motivation, and share your favorite macro recipes.
There’s no contracts or mandatory long term commitment! You can be a part of the group for however long you want/need!
Choose the Right Program for You:
Forever Fit Basic
Forever Fit basic gives you access to monthly workouts and support in the membership group. Workouts change every 4-weeks and are accessible on the app (available for both Apple and Android users).
Forever Fit Pro
Get all the benefits and same workouts as the Forever Fit basic package PLUS 1:1 messaging access in the app where you can ask any questions you have about your personal fitness journey and nutrition help (check over macros, help with movement progression). Forever Fit basic does not have this option available.
Forever Fit VIP
Want to take Forever Fit to the next level? Forever Fit VIP is for you. Get all the benefits of Forever Fit Basic + Pro PLUS you’ll receive two 30-minute coaching calls per month where you can address anything that you need 1:1 help with (changing macros, talking about progress, putting together goals, addressing which weights you should use). Forever Fit VIP is perfect for personalized attention and accountability to help you reach your goals.
Forever Fit Home will use:
- Dumbbells (I recommend 3 sets to begin – light, medium, heavy)
- Resistance Band
- Workout Bench/chair/step stool
- Swiss Ball / Stability Ball
- Jump Rope
Forever Fit Gym:
This program should be used by anyone who has access to all standard gym equipment notably a cable machine.
