If your sweet tooth is chiming in but you want to stay on track – try this DELICIOUS strawberry protein shake in place of your favorite strawberry milkshake! It’s also the absolutely PERFECT post-workout recharger if you hit the weights. The almond milk gives it a smooth creamy texture while the strawberries sweeten it up without having to add additional sugar.
Strawberry Protein Shake
10 oz of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 medium banana
1/4 cup of oatmeal

Throw all ingredients in a blender and mix! You will not need ice since the strawberries are already frozen.
If you are on a low carb/high fat diet – I would recommend skipping the banana (it has about 27 carbs in it).
