If theres one thing I love it’s sweets. Ice cream, muffins, cake, cupcakes, peanut butter – you name it! During competition prep, it’s a little harder to indulge in these delightful treats (and by a little harder I mean it’s better to just keep walking especially a few weeks before you step on stage), that is unless you come across “clean cheats”.
When one of my Team Maxum girls introduced me to heating up my casein, my winter blues went away and so did my sweet tooth. I hope this works as an alternative for you as well!
To indulge in your clean hot chocolate:
1 scoop of casein protein Fill your cup 7/8 full of water
Splash of Almond milk (if you want it more rich you can use all almond milk and no water)
Dash of cinnamon
Stir it all together until there are no clumps
Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes Stir and enjoy!
