Chocolate Oatmeal


This EASY recipe changed my mornings. It’s fast and delicious and allows me to get my protein, carbs, and fat content into ONE bite!

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop chocolate protein (I use Meathead Protein – 100% grass fed whey… amazing)
A couple of chopped walnuts

Mix 1/2 cup of oats with 3/4 cup of water and microwave for 2 minutes.
In the meantime, mix 1 scoop of protein in a small glass with a few tablespoons of water  – not much… just to get a liquid consistency.
Mix protein with oatmeal and nuts and ENJOY!!!
