MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY: 12-Week Program Results

12-week transformationWhen I first started to really hit the weight room a few years back, I would dream of being in the gym all day instead of at my desk. I would envision lifting weights, sprinting and jumping. Above all else – I really just wanted to help others achieve the same feeling that I was having.

Fast forward 2 years, I was able to quit my job and get both my PT and sports nutrition certificates. Through the process, I’ve had the opportunity to meet wonderful clients and help women have a healthier lifestyle with working out and nutrition.

The picture posted above reminds me exactly why I do what I do and why I fell in love with this field. This was after 12 weeks of my online programing with weight lifting and EATING! When my client first came to me she was eating under 1,200 calories. One of her first check-ins with me she said, “Who knew I had to eat more to lose weight?”

I’m so proud of ALL the women I work with – and especially this one. What do you want to look like in 12 weeks?
